The Yosemite Pine Cabin (9s) has two view decks; one off the kitchen with a propane BBQ (propane provided) and another larger deck off the living room. Total deck size is approximately 400 sq. ft. Perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing, surrounded by Yosemite National Park's scenic wonders.

The dining room seats six guests with a view. All eating utensils are provided; knives, forks, spoons, plates, glasses, cups, saucers, serving bowls, place mats and more. There is also fine dining available within walking distance at the Wawona Hotel .
The large kitchen has plenty of counter and storage space with everything you will need to prepare your family's meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with: stainless steel sink, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric stove with oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans and all the cooking utensils you will need.
Bedroom 1, has a Queen size bed with night stands and dresser. All bedding, pillows. sheets, blankets and comforters are provided. Wake up in the morning to a spectacular view of Yosemite National Park from your bedroom window.

The fully stocked bathroom has a full tub/shower, vanity sink and water closet. All of the bath linens are provided. The bathroom has its own space heater to take the chill off, on those brisk winter mornings.
The Redwoods in Yosemite's rental office is very conveniently located nearby for easy access to guest services. And the reservation desk, the housekeeping staff and the maintenance technicians all provide outstanding customer support, 7 days a week. Office hours are: 8am to 6pm (summer), 8am to 5pm (winter).

Wawona ( Wah-wo-nah ) is located entirely within the boundaries of Yosemite National Park, as it preceded the founding of the park as a national recreation area. It has approximately 160 year-round residents. The number of inhabitants increases during peak tourist seasons, due to the number of rental cabins in Wawona. It is located at 37°32'13?N 119°39'23?W. There are approximately 370 housing units at an average density of 58.3 per square mile, of which 31.0% are owner-occupied, and 69.0% are vacation rental cabins.
Wawona is located on the south fork of the Merced River, at an elevation of approximately 1300 m (4000 feet). It is on State Route 41, the main highway from Fresno to Yosemite Valley. Wawona is the location of the historic Wawona Hotel, built by Washburn in 1876, with additional structures added into the early 20th century. A classic Victorian resort, it was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1987. The Wawona Hotel has an excellent dining room open to the public and a golf course, the Hotel is closed in the winter.

Yet Yosemite Valley is close enough for an easy day trip or you can take advantage of the FREE park shuttle service: Wawona to Yosemite Valley Shuttle This free bus operates from approximately Memorial Day through Labor Day, departing daily from the Wawona Hotel at 8:30 am and from the Wawona Store at 8:35 am. The return trip departs from Yosemite Lodge at 3:30 pm. Wawona-Mariposa Grove Shuttle, This free bus transports passengers between Wawona and the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias spring through fall. The bus picks up and drops off passengers at the Wawona Store, South Entrance, and at the Mariposa Grove Gift Shop. The Mariposa Grove Road closes several times each day from spring through fall when the parking lot becomes full. Visitors arriving on the shuttle bus from Wawona are guaranteed access into the Mariposa Grove even when the parking lot is full.
